Forza horizon 5 account lost

I didnt create any new account i just recover it with the microsoft recovery steps like password and after the phone number that was not changed but my main problem its that i lost the games that i payed i had Forza Horizon 4 Forza Horizon 5 and some DLS`s that are all gone and i want my games back i even have the proof for Forza Horizon 5.

This just happened to me. I also lost Forza Horizon 5 deluxe edition

forza horizon is hands down a bad game. in horizon sure they are running a new server but they completely lost the point and physics of the forza franchise. if you want a freeroam game buy need for speed or test drive. i just think forza horizon was a waste
of money by the forza company. at least they are making forza 5 for the 360 and one

The current has been cut twice i hope it won't happen again. But anyway when i try to install the game it says i don't have enough storage (i have 170Gb and the game needs 100Gb), i think microsoft store is trying to install it on my ssd while i set all the installation location on the hdd, last time when i relaunched the store it worked (after 20min of raging cause i could 't install, and everyone have problem with that...). So idk if i can reinstall it... Why did i bought it on microsoft store and not on steam...

I tried what you said and it didn't work. When i launched the game after repairing and reseting it i had a little window xbox with a loading bar and synchronisation written on it, like for 2sec and then the the game launched but without my account. I'm reinstalling the game as i'm writting, it's gonna take approximatly an hour.

BTW i have absolutly no error and the game's connected to the right account, there's the "Hi !" and my pseudo is the right one to so idk...
