    good morning i was using my main account game tag is Alex Lux10 and got banned from forza now i made a new microsoft account and new xbox account because i really want to play this game again new game tag is WindierFerret11
    and i even bought the game again but when i go to play it on the new account it dosent recognize it and still loads me in as alex lux10 which is banned but i want to play on the new account i play on pc
