Forza horizon 4

Salut a tous, mon fils a un souci avec forza horizon 4, il avait installé ce jeu acheté sur le store ( donc pas de disque) et cet après-midi, on lui a demandé de faire une mise a jour, il ne sait plus ce qu'il a fait exactement toujours est il qu'il n'a
plus le jeu d'installé , cela lui demande un code a 25 caractères....ou trouve t on cela ?
