Forza Horizon 4

I purchased Forza Horizon 4 game about month ago.

Now the game status is in ms account `cancelled`.

when I try play the game it says "When you got a refund on Forza Horizon 4 it was removed from your device."

I dont have refunded , even wanted.

game is pc version.

Whats going to happen to the people that has got the "This feature has been temporaily disabled" In forza 4 , How is this going to affect forza Horizon and will they be able to import there vinial groups from forza 4, And are they ever going to be unbanned
for forza 4 because i heard this mentioned quitye alot and people arent going to buy horizon if this is the case ?

Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue! Based on what you describe about the situation, its possible that your purchase was refunded by request in relation to the purchase of the game. We recommend that you log into your account used for purchase
at account.microsoft.com and go to the
Payment & Billing section to look in your Order History to see if the game states that it is also refunded there as well.

If you would like confirmation of this or have any further questions, then it is recommended that you
contact Xbox Support and request a callback.
It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select
no thanks,pick the category(Games)and just pick a contact method
(request a call from support or Chat is faster).
