Forza Horizon 4

Good morning. I bought Xbox One X with Forza Horizon 4.

Downloaded and played yesterday without problems, this morning, after an update (!) I do not start any race and on the menu is available only the "Home" and the "creative center", all the rest is stuck! I have read about problems with online services, but
if there are online limitations Forza Horizon does not start any event or race? it's normal?

Whats going to happen to the people that has got the "This feature has been temporaily disabled" In forza 4 , How is this going to affect forza Horizon and will they be able to import there vinial groups from forza 4, And are they ever going to be unbanned
for forza 4 because i heard this mentioned quitye alot and people arent going to buy horizon if this is the case ?

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

If you have the console set as Home console then setting the console to be Offline might also result in a working solution as long as the service is experiencing issues
