    Hi,

    First of all sorry if I put this question in wrong section but I am new here.

    I have played Forza Horizon 4 a lot on my Xbox One X console and few days ago I bought new Xbox Series X console. I uploaded my save game from cloud and the problem is I do not see my cars in the cars' icons, I mean I have all my cars in the garage but I can not see how the look it's really weird because I can see only the name of car but can not see how it looks until I choose him. Does anyone else have/had the same issue ?

    Please help

    Hello! I will provide you with some troubleshooting steps that you can try on the Xbox that could help you with this issue:

    Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

    Another step that you can try to resolve the issue, would be to remove and re-add your account. In order to do that please go to: settings> account> remove accounts> remove your account.

    You could also try this troubleshooting step to clear any corrupted data from your device:

    1- Go to settings on your Xbox

    2- Select system

    3-Select storage

    4- Clear local saved games and your console will automatically restart

    Note: When doing this step please make sure that you always play online so that all your data is saved to the cloud
