[Forza Horizon 4] Xbox Live services down - seasonal rewards locked due to no connection

Hi. So XBox services are not running smoothly (like - not running at all) and I wanted to finish online events in Forza Horizon 4 to unlock exclusive cars. That won't happen as I was not able to login and once I was logged in (even in the game) no other
players logged in either - so I can't complete the online events because noone is online apparently. The exclusive rewards are limited to seasons (=weeks) and this season ends in about a few hours. How do I get my rewards? Is there some form of compensation
when XBox Live services are at fault?

Since the release of the lego expansion i have been finding that my game freezes mid race and when it resumes ive dropped a few places. An update needs to be done soon.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, you would have to hope that the services are back up and running before the season ends. As per our services agreement "We strive to keep the Services up and running; however, all online
services suffer occasional disruptions and outages, and Microsoft is not liable for any disruption or loss you may suffer as a result. In the event of an outage, you may not be able to retrieve Your Content or Data that you’ve stored."

Forza Horizon 4 becsuse landscapes, music, cars, seasonal events with the forzathon live, it was a great combination

Like was said above, Xbox Live Gold doesnt exist in Windows 10.

Did you finish the prologue? Because you need to finish it (the first 4 seasons) to unlock the general season status and auction house.

Thank you for bringing this inquiry to our attention here on the forums. I understand that you want to try changing your consoles date or time to be in a different season in game in Forza Horizon 4. I believe the seasons change in the game based on progress
and then it syncs to what the Forza Horizon 4 servers are running so changing your consoles date and time may not have the effect your looking for. I would recommend checking out

Forza Horizon 4 Community Forums to find more information and options regarding this game. Plus when you're offline the console wont be communicating with Xbox Live so you shouldn't get banned for changing your date and time. It would automatically resync
the date and time the next time you connect to the internet.
