I understand that you feel like this is unfair but it's how xbox does business.

Money is needed to pay support, keep servers up and working, and many many other things.

It might simply be a display bug of some sort....as long as it's installing properly, I wouldn't worry about it

Sorry to hear it. I'm afraid that if you've lost your progress the only thing you can do is contact Turn 10 to see if they can help you restore at least some of it
