I bought the game on October 2, bought the game key. Activated, played, everything was fine. But after November 18, I go into the game and see this (del 1) how to understand it ??? I have not canceled anything. What

Just a heads-up: I deleted the last two screenshots as they contained quite a bit of personally-identifying information, which we do not advise posting on a public forum. However, if you feel they illustrate the problem you're having, you could repost them
but you should censor things like your email address and order numbers.

It would also be advisable to include translations of what you want us focusing on in some of the screenshots. We're sadly not all fluent in Russian so it's not easy knowing exactly what's going on in each image.

Xbox Live Support to see what caused this to be removed. Incidentally, you have a lot of personal information visible in these screenshots, things like your account e-mail address, for example.

Not played Forza 4 for quite a while now. Only reason is that, I've been concentrating of finishing Forza 3 off! Finally got solid gold 2 week ago, playing Horizon at the min, but will return to Forza 4.
