its been a month now and microsoft ,xbox and forza have been informed ,the game will not go past the flash opening screen. Forza say they are working on it as there are loads of us with same problem. I just want to know what the progress is...if any? support
for this company is dreadful!! Never buy from them again!!

I have not heard of them making any progress on this issue as of yet. I honestly didn't know this was affecting a majority of players. However, I did run into the same problem. I completely removed the game from my system. Shutdown my Xbox completely.
Then I reinstalled with zero issues. I know this seems basic, but if you have not tried to do this yet then you definitely should. Also I hate to promote within the answers, but have you checked out Game Pass Ultimate? You get way more bang for your buck and
you won't feel as bad if one particular game isnt working. You will pronably not feel as though your money was ill invested because your money will provide you with a portfolio of games to play. Right now it's only $1 for three months.

......Then you should try freeing up more room on your console. Some programs need editional space to run the installation program. I hope this solves your issue.

This is a PC issue, not console one.

Yes. Other games are OK.

Forza horizon 4 is OK too. But I bought it.

And Forza horizon 5 uses Game Pass.

I can start Forza 5 on my PC, can not start on Xbox serious S.
