Forza Horizon 4 Welcome Pack missing?

I am on PC (Windows 10) and I apologize for not disclosing it before.

However, I tried to do something similar for the MS Store app on my platform (i.e. looking up my app and its DLCs in my library) and there was no option to install the Welcome Pack (everything else seems to be in place, though).

All MS apps are essentially telling me that I do not own it (even though I clearly should). And even the game itself tells me that if I want the DLC content I got to pay first.

Thank you for the advice, I would have probably chosen completely different categories in this kind of situation.

So I have contacted the support and I've been told that https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/forza-horizon-4-and-forza-horizon-3-ultimate-editions-bundle/9pf3f4cc0vlg is NOT in fact a bundle of "Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate" and "Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate", but
only a package of these two games and their DLCs that at the time were same as the Ultimate Editions. So any changes and future DLCs included with the Ultimate Edition are not included, as it is in fact not the Ultimate Edition. Whether this is an oversight
or intentional is hard to say, but it surely is confusing!

select Family and Online Safety as the category
select I Want to Protect My Account as the topic
scroll to the bottom of the options and select Chat Online or Request a Call
then explain the situation when you get through

that could be a visual bug on the store page.

if you are on Xbox, open Games and Apps,

highlight FH4 and press the menu button on your controller (3 horizontal lines)

select Manage Game and Add-Ons,

see if the pack is there for download.
