Forza Horizon 4 - Unable to join online session

Hello,

I bought Forza Horizon 4 two days ago but I have been unable to play online. Every time I try to join, I get this error. I have looked around for a solution, and I have tried quite a few, e.g., fixing Teredo, restarting router, checking firewall, adding ports, setting date and time, reinstalling the Xbox app. Is anyone able to help?

Hello. After what you suggested we are still on able to get online. It is not just Forza horizon 4 for it is Forza horizon 3 as well. This is the error

there is s support ID

a server ID

fsiled to redolve server address. Check your DNS settings snd try again.

same issue here "finding an online adventure session" all day long. FYI I am able to join online race for Forza Horizon 4

So I talked with the support of xbox and they told me easily that for Forza Horizon 4 the Xbox Live is mandatory for playing online. Bought it, activated it and I could immediately join the online session.

Thanks for your reply. Neither of these were able to solve my issue. I also tried reinstalling my game. I bought this game on Steam by the way.
