Forza horizon 4 : Unable to join Horizon live + Microsoft servers

i'm not able to join horizon live :

it is in french but i'm sure you already saw this kind of message on the internet.





Here below the configuration of nat / teredo etc...





all seem to be alright but i can not reach the live multiplayer ..

I'm in IPV6 by Unitymedia (Germany)

Xbox Live Parent/child problem

In Forza Horizon 4 when I select community vinyls "This feature is block per your Xbox Live parental control settings.".

Long story short. The Xbox website says I need to have "parent permissions" to access the Xbox Live settings and then claims that I can change these in the family settings on the Microsoft website. On the Microsoft website under family, it claims that I
am a parent (and the only person in "my family", as it should be.)

So, as I see it somewhere between the Microsoft servers and the Xbox servers something went wrong and now I am unable to access the community paint jobs in Forza Horizon 4.

 

Forza Horizon not being able to use networking options

I've added Forza Horizon as it was available on Xbox Live Gold. I had played it in the past and had some save game on my profile. Yesterday I wanted to join a multiplayer session but it says that Forza Horizon servers are unavailable.

6th October and solution : windows settings => Update and security => recuperation/reinitialisation => start by keeing files
