Forza Horizon 4 Unable to join club

When i try to join a club ingame it directs me to the xbox app and in the xbox app it tells me i'm unable to join a club because of how my account is setup.

I've tried a couple of times to change my privacy & online safety settings but it keeps saying "something went wrong, please try again later"

Cant join clubs or make them on pc.

You don't need Gold for a Forza Horizon 4 Club. I was able to join a Forza Horizon 3 club aswell on pc. And on PC Gold doesn't exist

yes,only on the Forza horizon 4 club,i can share my game's photo to everyone,just can't join club

 

First, please try another browser to see if it's a problem with the browser. Start > Edge or Internet Explorer.

This means your Xbox account is a child/teen account. If your Xbox account is a child account that can't be changed in any way as the date of birth is permanently connected to the first date of birth entered when creating your Microsoft account. If that
is so, you will need an adult to create an account,
invite you to a family group and change some privacy settings for you.

If your Microsoft account is an adult account you may be able to access the page to change privacy settings but any changes will not take effect for real if your xbox account is a child account.

If both are a child/teen account that page will take you to a page about adding a child account to a family.

On your adult account go here
https://account.xbox.com/Settings and click on the child's account and allow the option on the first page called "Share stuff people make (Xbox 360: Member Content)" to everyone (must be everyone). Also, on the first page, "Others can communicate with voice,
text, or invites" to Friends or Everybody. And on the xbox one/windows 10 tab the second option down, "Join multiplayer games", enable that. Then enable joining clubs. And then log out and in on the account in question on the console/device and that account
can play online and join clubs.

I am 21 years old, so it shouldn't be a child account.

 

This error almost always means you are on a child/teen account.

The original date of birth you entered when creating your account must still have you being under 18 (19 in Korea).

This can not be changed, and if you change your birth date, that only changes your Microsoft account age, not xbox age.

Is there a way to check my original date of birth that i entered? I can't seem to find it.

 

No there is not, and I'm not sure that's something Xbox support can give out due to privacy issues. You could ask them, though.
