    Unable to connect to session. The game says that I have an IPsec error 0x00000000. I read some forums where he writes that this error is related to the shadow ban of the account. Is it really so? I don't even know why this ban was issued to me. I didn't even play Forza Horizon 4 multiplayer.

    Hello.
    I recently bought myself Forza Horizon 4 on Steam. I opened up a multiplayer, to which I cannot connect due to some error of the impossibility of connecting to the game session. IPsec error 0x00000000. After reading a couple of articles on the forums regarding this error, I found out that it is somehow related to a shadow ban. Now the question is, how could I get a shadow ban and for what, if I never even went into multiplayer.

    Upgraded Windows to 1903, Xbox Live Multiplayer is not working now

    Thanks for trying Lester, but none of that helped. Still unable to connect to multiplayer in Forza Horizon 3 or Forza Horizon 4 on PC.

    I seem to have figured out the problem. I had some kind of left-hand assembly of Windows, some services may have been cut there, etc.
    Reinstalling Windows solved all the problems.

    Кажется, я понял проблему. У меня стояла какая-то левая сборка винды, там возможно были урезаны некоторые службы и т. д. Переустановка винды решила все проблемы.
