Forza Horizon 4 ultimate edition activated on the wrong Account

Hello,

I activated by mistake Forza Horizon 4 ultimate edition on the Wrong Account (i have an Xbox and an Microsoft Account). I can prove that i bought the game and that both E-Mails/Accounts are mine. I just want to know if the game can be deactivated so i could
use the key on the other Account of if it can be moved to the other Account.

P.S. this is my first support question and english isnt my main language

After looking into it, It looks like the Ultimate Edition is going to be available on

9/28/2018 which is already the 4 day Early Access to the game as the Standard Edition is available on

10/2/2018

download the Forza Horizon 4 Demo before the Early Access starts September 28 for the customers that

You would need to try contacting support to see if they can cancel the activation so you can move it. Contact Us | Xbox Support Otherwise, nothing can be transferred between accounts. However, you can share the game with other accounts on the
One by setting the console as that account's Home console.

 

Ok i will contact the Support tomorrow (i live in germany its 3 am right now for me). Also thanks i know that i Can share it but than i couldnt use the Formular drift dlc for forza 7 but It would be a last resort.

 

I just noticed that i anwered with the other account, sorry for the confusion.

Hi Paul. I forgot to mention that i contacted support today. Because i had bought the game on Amazon I had to contact their support and they were able to help me.

So now this post can be closed.

 

But i have something else is it possible to change the name of my Account to "NutsRoyal"? it currently is the name of my other account but I now mainly use this name on PC for other gameplatforms. would be glad if i wouldnt have to pay 20 € for one account.

Note If your gamertag was created for you when you initially signed up for Xbox (meaning you did not choose it yourself), you can change it one time for free. Additional Xbox gamertag changes cost extra.
