Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Addition Not Showing up on pc

Choose to chat with a representative and let them know exactly what you've told us. They can go into your purchase history and check that you own the digital license for the game and what exactly happened to it.

Trying resetting your pc, it may help with the issue.

If you're having difficulty finding it from just opening the Microsoft store on your PC, try opening the 'Xbox Companion App' from there go to the Microsoft Store, Search for 'Forza Horizon 4' the ultimate edition should pop up, Click on it and your Microsoft
Store app should open up on your PC automatically after clicking the game, This should give you the option to install it. If not make sure your Windows 10 PC is fully up to date as this might cause an issue with the store not recognising you own the game.

sorry to hear. But you are sure that you use the same user on both Systems (Mircosoft Account)!? Also, Playanywhere only works with digital copys so check you Purchasing
History!!

Another problem could be that your system misidentifies you to the store. Please check if all Windows updates are installed - please also check this via the Store APP. The most important are the 4 XBOX services - if you start the game bar you will be logged
in here correctly?
