Forza Horizon 4 stuck on splash screen

Hello!

I just bought a new computer. On my previous computer, I had Forza Horizon 4 with this account. I was able to download it again on this new computer, however when attempting to launch, it gets stuck on the Forza Horizon splash screen, then closes itself
out. I am wondering if this is just an issue I have or if it is widely an issue, and if there is a fix to it.

It could just be that your Windows 10 and graphics & sound drivers are out of date. Make sure they are fully updated and try playing the game again.

I updated my graphics driver yesterday, however I have not with my sound driver. How do you do that, if you don't mind me asking?

Forza 4 horizon stuck in infinite Loading screen did EVERTHING was told by xbox to contact forza then forza told me to contact xbox WOW 🤪

Btw this is a series x

also i bought All forms of forza 4 horizon thinking that might help ughhh No no help been a week now with no forza 😩
