Forza Horizon 4, slow load times and glitches?

So I got my FH4 Ultimate through today, installed it, downloaded and installed the 22GB patch.

I started to play the game and noticed major freezing issues, and glitches. But I continued to play on assuming it was cause it was still installing. However even after it had finished installing the game freezes mid race, and there's a loads of glitches.

I find this odd as it didn't happen on the demo version

Has anyone else had any issues at all?

Forza Horzion 4 take to long to start (0x8027025a)

Hello,

i have a Problem with my Game Forza Horizon 4.

When i start the Game there comes the Forza Horizon 4 Picture, it loads 30 seconds the its kicking me on to my home screen and it shows the Error

(Forza Horizon 4 took to long to start 0x8027025a).

I've already tried everything...

A hard reset, I deleted the game and installed it again.

All ways i tried.

 

Hvent received Forza games from game pass promotion

Can you please be more specific?

Did you download a game and it is not showing up?

Or are you referring to Forza Horizon 4. If it is Forza Horizon 4 you still need to go and down load it. The betas does not automatically download the new game.

Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue. I have Forza Horizon 4 as well and I love the game! I'm sorry to hear that you're facing these issues with the game having slow load times and glitches, I've experienced these issues with other games
and the two fixes for them I've found that work for me are Power Cycling the Xbox One and Clearing the local Saved Games. Click this link on how to

Power Cycle Xbox One. I will list the steps below on how to clear local saved games. I hope this information is helpful in resolving the issue. Please let us know if this fixes the issues with the game.

Clearing Local Saved Games:

1. Go to Settings on the console

2. Settings --> System

3. System --> Storage

4. Storage --> Clear Local Saved Games

This didn't do anything if I'm honest. Turns out the stuttering problem was patched by the Forza team in the October patch (link below). As for slow load times, I think this is simply down to using the disc version. I returned that and downloaded off the
Microsoft store which sorted the slow load times.
