Forza Horizon 4 slow load / freezing

Hi there

New to Xbox One and only just set up. Bought my kids FH4 and it just seems to load really slowly. We have the disc so thought wouldn't even need to load? We have also bought Minecraft and it loaded within seconds. Is something faulty?

Any advice?

I've been having a similar issue and also when I'm moving on the highway at any speed over 170mph it freezes up and stops my car dead in its tracks. I also have the disc version of the game

It's possible the disc could have been damaged or is dirty. How long are the load times. About 45 seconds is normal for the Xbox One S and OG Xbox One.

Hey there press the x button on the Xbox console for 30 seconds and then wait like 20 seconds to turn it on that's hard reset if that doesn't work delete the game and download it again
