Forza Horizon 4 running at 10 fps with a gtx 1050

Hello, I've finally bought forza horizon 4, and as I start the game, everything looks good, it put the graphics on medium, just like in the demo, and I start playing, as it finally loads, I see that the game is running at 10 to 15 fps, and putting it on
lowest settings, or lower resolution doens't help, for context, I got an i5 7400, a gtx 1050 2GB, with 8GB of DDR4 RAM, and in the demo, it runs at 60 to 80, on the same medium settings, climbing to almost 150 when on lowest, thanks.

PS: In the full game, whenever I try to run the benchmark, the game just crashes.

Yep, I fixed it, it was most likely the way forza was seeing the card, windows automatically criates a unique ID for your computer, that is made according to your computer specs, that is responsible for keeping your windows activated, with the hardware
you have. "hen I placed the I3, the ID probably changed, and as a result of it, forza maybe detecting well the gpu now, the only thing I don't understand is if that was, most likely, the problem, why did it still work when I placed back the I5, but I don't
care, it now runs at his normal fps, 60 to 70 on medium settings, on 1080p, so for anyone that might have the same problem, try to change the cpu, or ever other component, like system RAM, or the GPU itself, and see if it runs well, but there is still a small
problem, the benchmarking tool still doens't run, crashing the instant I press to start the benchmark, but that ain't a problem at all, atleast the game is still playable. Thank for all the help and attention received, and that everyone has a great day.

Just a thought. Could the game be using your on-board graphics card (part of your CPU) instead of your dedicated device?

That might be worth checking to see if there is somewhere you can change that.

What resolution are you trying to output at ?

Also might be worth downloading the Forza Motorsport 7 apex (free) to try and see how that runs. Win help stemming if it is a PC issue or a game issue.

Do you have an SSD or and hdd?
