Forza horizon 4 reset of my account

Thanks for the response, it seems to force me to download "Forza Horizon 4" first. When I click pause it's download and then try to start download on "Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition" it stays at "Downloading" and starts Downloading process of "Forza Horizon 4". I also tried logging into my account on different computer which worked.

Usually if you play online all your progress should be automatically saved and synced to the cloud. But if it all has been reset then from our side there is not a way that we can recover it. You can try reaching out to the game support page, to see if they will be able to give more information on how to recover the game's saved progress.

First confirm you’re using the correct Xbox profile, as game saves are connected to each profile and not the device itself. It’s also ideal to be connected to Xbox Live and connect to the Forza Hub app

If you have the game on another Xbox or PC, try syncing your last save from your main console. This could just

be a case that your Xbox or PC hasn’t synced your

game data to the cloud correctly. This happened to

me with the game at a friend’s house recently.

You’ll need to reach out to Forza support for help with lost game progress.

Unfortunately, your game progression (Level, skill points, general progress etc) won’t be returned. Support (neither Xbox or Forza Support) are unable to help with lost saves/progress in Forza. Your inventory (Cars, credits, vanity items, wheel spins) can be recovered though.

Once you’ve gone through all the steps on the support page linked above contact Forza support (submit a ticket and they’ll reply by email).

Keep in mind that support will only be able to assist

once you’ve completed all the required steps, and they

can verify weather the steps were completed successfully.

Be sure to try the steps, then reach out to them if you’re still unable to access your in-game account.

Here’s a list of fixes that have resolved this problem for other FH 4 players. You don’t have to try them all. Just work your way through the list until you find the one that does the trick for you.

1. Check If your PC meets the minimum system requirements for Forza Horizon 4
2. Install the latest game patch
3. Update your drivers
4. Clear your standby memory before playing
5. Disable your microphone for Forza Horizon 4
6. Reset Forza Horizon 4
7. Add Forza Horizon 4 as an exception to your third-party antivirus application
8. Update your Windows system to the latest version
9. Perform a clean boot
10. Reinstall Forza Horizon
