    Forza Horizon 4 removed from my library.


    I tried to launch the game today and it said i had to log into my microsoft account, and i did but it wasnt working. Then, i checked my game library on the microsoft store and both Forza Horizon 4 and Forza Horizon 3 were gone from my account, and when
    i go to the game in the store i have to repurchase it. Both games still appear in my microsoft order history (both games purchase during 2020), and do not show as refunded or returned. But i cant play the game and they dont appear in my account library anymore.
    Please help i have spent so many hours on the game.

    I would also appreciate a resolution to this issue as well. I have an identical problem to what you described. The game doesn't show in my library or purchase history, but I still have achievements on my profile from playing it.

    After that, I'll have enough games in my library to last me until GTA V.

    If you can't see the game you bought in your library, check your order history to see if it is still on the list!

    If it is, try to power cycle your Xbox and remove and re-add your account!

    If it is not on that list, then you will have to contact the support through: Contact us | Xbox Support
