Forza horizon 4 refund / fix

I have been played FH4 for like 2 hours, in windows 10 xbox and I cannot connect online and at the same time, and it says that i cant connect my data to xbox live cloud. In addition, I cannot even get a refund even if i go to the site. It says im in wrong
direction. Either fix for me, or refund for me please.

you can't join online play in forza horizon 4 until you have completed the first 4 seasons and got on the roster and reached level 20

You may want to try clearing the MAC address too. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.

if that doesn't work you may want to reinstall the game.

By the way i play in pc and can you tell me how do i refund? Ill jusy try with another account...
