Forza Horizon 4 Ranked Multiplayer Issues

Hi there,

I am playing Forza Horizon 4, and my friends and I are facing a lot of connectivity issues.

When we are going to ranked matches, and the game is separating us, and only I can connect on the match, my convoy stays out. When my friends do fall all the time from the session.

Some, friends already stopped playing FH4 because these issues. This demage a lot our club. We love compete and we love ranked matches, but looks like FH4 does not provide good connectivity to competitors.

In this way, as an Ambassador they are complaining about it with me to ask you guys what could be done to solve the problem.

This has been an issue since the game launched.Tought they were fixing it but apparently not.

Unfortunately it didn't bring any error message just the game disconnect us and that's it.

It is understood that your club is experiencing issues in relation to the connectivity for Forza Horizon 4.

To clarify, you're mentioning that when joining in together, some will get disconnected and get left behind?

Do those disconnections bring up any error messages or codes? Or is there any crashing to the home screen of the console?

And last, what has been attempted in order to try resolving this?

All of this information will allow us to further investigate and assist with the issue.

Thanks! The weird thing is, this issue only happens with series x games. Forza horizon 4 looks perfect. It’s just the new multiplayer halo and Forza Horizon 5.
