I pre-ordered the game but I didn’t get the codes

Unless you purchased the game before it's release, the only way(s) to obtain the pre-order bonuses are through the auction house and forzathon shop.

If you did pre-purchase the game I would suggest visiting the 'My games and apps' hub and pressing start on FH4, then click 'manage game and add ons', it should show up in the 'ready to install' section.

If it doesn't, I would suggest contacting support on this issue @ support.xbox.com

Do you mean released pre-ordered cars made available to purchase on the Forzathon Shop? Or did you get a copy of the game that also gave you access to the pre released cars that came with the game when it was originally made available for sale ?
