    Hello,

    I decided to subscribe to the Xbox Game Pass for PC to be able to play Forza Horizon 4 (Standard Edition).

    It was going well for about 10 days, however it then stopped working online.

    It's been 2 weeks with me being unable to get online to play - I can see online features, I can buy from the auction etc but to actually be in a lobby with other real people (not driveatars) seems impossible.

    When I try to go online, I see the error:

    "Feature locked. There was an error communicating with the server. Please try again later"

    I've checked Teredo, everything seems fine.

    I've switched off my firewall to be safe.

    I've port forwarded any port I've found online to be linked to Forza.

    Still no luck.

    Forza support is unhelpful, my ticket was closed with a message that it is a known issue.

    Their twitter account suggests there is a known issue, however they have now commented that this issue is related to Xbox X/S only and not PC.

    I've tried to contact Microsoft support via telephone several times but I've never managed to get a hold of someone that could help.

    Disappointed that I've had two weeks of not actually being able to play the game with my friends....

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to ensure that we provide the correct solution. What is the error that you are experiencing? Are you playing this game on Xbox One or on a Windows 10 computer? Does an error
    message or error code appear when the issue occurs? Be sure to let us know the results!
    Yeah, I agree with this. More information is needed. Which online play problem on Forza horizon 4 are you referring to?

    Xbox One Gaming On Windows 10

    It's not looking like that. It's just the online Microsoft store. It's a 2021 windows 10 desktop PC. Not sure why it wouldn't be able to work. One time I was running Forza Horizon 4 on it with no problems.

    Our suggestion here, please attempt to uninstall and then install Forza Horizon 4 on your Windows 10
    PC. If this has already been attempted, we would then suggest to attempt following our
    game freezes or stops responding on a Windows 10 device support article.
