Forza Horizon 4 PC, Infinite Loading Screen

Hello People

So fro about a week ago i bough Forza Horizon 4 from the windows store.

It was working fine and well, untill i updated Windows to the latest version (1909)

Now, when i launch FH4 i get to the start screen where i can press Enter (A on controller) to start playing.

When i press enter the cinnematics freeze, music keeps playing and this loading message shows up

"Welcome ItsNitex Loading, please wait"

However the loading goes on forever and nothing happens. It's been like this for about a week and i'm getting really annoyed at this point, Forza Support wasnt really cooperative either. This is what i've tried so far:

Resetting the game in settings

Deleting cloud save, Forza Support told me it was corrupt (didn't work btw)

A solution with RAMMap

Uninstalling the Windows Update

Re-installing the game

Troubleshooting X Box Live connections

Changing Microsoft / Xbox acoounts

After a long conversation with Forza Support and trying whatever the told me (Solution 1, 2 and 6) The concluded with telling me i had to contact Microsoft regarding these issues

Issues with XBOX Live or Matchmaking

Issues with Party Chat or Game Invites

Issues with Player Harassment or Abuse

Issues with Purchases and Refunds

Issues with Store Downloads and Updates

Issues with Game Crashes or Failure to launch

I will contact microsoft directly myself but i wanted to ask here as well, hope some of you would take some time reading all of this and i hope there are some brilliant minds out there, and that this post can help people in the future as well

Forza 4 horizon stuck in infinite Loading screen did EVERTHING was told by xbox to contact forza then forza told me to contact xbox WOW 🤪

also i bought All forms of forza 4 horizon thinking that might help ughhh No no help been a week now with no forza 😩

How long have you let it sit on the loading screen? I remember when I first installed FH4 on my PC it took A LONG time at the loading screen before it moved on. I think I had to let it sit for 10-20 minutes? After that initial loading it was speedier
after that (still a long time, but not 10+ minutes). Just curious if that might be the case and how long you've let it sit there.

Additionally, are you able to shift focus to other apps on your computer when it's loading? I'm wondering if a security pop-up asking to authorize use of your Microsoft Account has popped up in the background during that section, and is waiting for input,
or approval, before continuing? I would recommend checking to see if that's the case by pressing Win+Tab when it gets to the part that "freezes" for you during loading.

You've covered most of the setting changes that I would have recommended, so I won't retread that ground. I hope it's something simple for you, but I don't have much more to offer than what I have here.

I forgot to mention that i am able to navigate through my computer with alt+tab perfectly.

I've had no pop-ups in the background

I have also let it sit and load for 1-2 hours multiple times and nothing seem to change

The only popup i've had is the syncing data popup which as been stuck at 0% for 1-2 hours as well.

I'm pretty dry on solutions so my last hope is microsoft support tomorrow
