Forza horizon 4 PC "feature locked" won't let me play online

This could be due to Xbox Live service issues, or also issues on Forza's end. With more and more people being home recently, more people are trying to game at the same time and are overwhelming the services. Have you checked the Forza support forums as

That’s strange, let’s try to isolate the problem a bit more. For this please try when possible

A. Sign in Forza horizon 5 with a different account and test the online features

B. Sign in with your account on a different PC and try accessing the online features from there

By the way, if maybe you play Forza horizon 4 or other online game. Are you able to experience something similar?

I buy forza horizon 4 in steam but it dosen´t let me play online

Sorry, don't understand why my other son won't be able. His account is where the subscription is set up on. As I said it's the original xbox and first one.

My son has been playing online no problems on forza horizon 4. But forza horizon 5 won't let him.

He also plays rocket league and fifa 21 online no problem's.

Need this sorted so it works without having to pay 2 live passes.
