Forza Horizon 4 PC - bought 2 times for me and my son. How to launch son's profile?

I have Forza PC and can play under my user no problem. In Microsoft Store, I purchased the app again ($99 for Ultimate Edition) for on my son's account. When I launch the program, it always has my profile/cars/progress. If I sign out of my profile on Windows,
and sign in using his username and password, the application does not show up. When I look at the Microsoft Store using this Windows login, the option to Install is highlighted.

How can I launch Forza using my son's new purchase? Do I need to do the large/hours-long installation again in his Windows login?

Yes, you will have to install the game logged in as your son.

My son got in touch with xbox for the first time while playing forza horizon.

I learned him how to use the controller in free roam.

My question is the exact opposite. In Forza 5, I purchase DLC vehicles and they are available to me and my son's gamertag. When I purchase DLC in Forza Horizon 2 only I can access them. How do I get him access to them as well?

I purchased Forza Horizon 4 and installed it on my new laptop. I would like to set up an account or profile for my son. I want his progress to be separate from my progress. I already created a Microsoft account by adding family member and creating log in
for my son.

Do I need to buy a separate account ($59-99), or can I create a separate profile in some other way so that I don't have to pay a second time?
