on your computer? We recommend making sure that
Windows 10 is up to date. Also, please make sure that you are signed in to the application that you are launching the game from with the account that owns the game. Be sure to let us know the results!

After checking out the error code, you may be receiving it because you aren't signed in.

Go onto the Microsoft Store application and check if you are signed in with the account that bought the game. If you aren't signed in with that account, sign in with it and the game should start to work.

If you had the game via Xbox Game Pass, it can be possible that your subscription is now over. To check your subscriptions, check this link out;
