Forza Horizon 4 online problems

When I try to get in online session in forza horizon 4 there is always an error with the codes: (0x89232001), (0x89232000), (0x8923203f)

these were the most common and when I tried to fix them with the recommended solution nothing worked, after it I went to xbox networking in windows settings

and found out teredo is unable to qualify and and server connectivity is blocked and the same happened here and still the issue wasnt fixed

(I tried port forwarding , cmd commands, firewall rules etc...)

when I type "netsh interface teredo show state " in cmd it gives me this

Server Name : win10.ipv6.microsoft.com
Client Refresh Interval : 20 seconds
Client Port : 3544
State : probe (secondary server)
Client Type : teredo host-specific relay

Network : managed

*my windows version isnt up to date also has issues with it and still no working fix

I have checked it, it is not my hardware and driver problem.

This problem will only occur if the xbox app is connected to the Internet.

This problem makes forza horizon 4 no way to play online mode.

If there is really no way to solve it, can I refund the Forza horizon 4 Ultimate Edition?

That’s strange, let’s try to isolate the problem a bit more. For this please try when possible

A. Sign in Forza horizon 5 with a different account and test the online features

B. Sign in with your account on a different PC and try accessing the online features from there

By the way, if maybe you play Forza horizon 4 or other online game. Are you able to experience something similar?

I can't find this folder. There is no Microsoft.Opus on my computer.

Problem still unsolved, it is incredible. They have really screwed up the online network for Forza Horizon 4...
