Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. What error code/message are you getting when you try to play online? Are you able to go online on any other games? Please also include the network test results in your response. You can find this by going clicking
the windows icon on your bottom left, or hitting the windows key on your keyboard > Select Settings > Select Gaming > Select Xbox networking.

Thank you for the update. How far into the game are you? You need to get past the prologue (or up to a certain amount in Influence points) in order to unlock the online feature, as well as other features. For more detailed information, you may want to try

If you are referring to the Dodge Challenger SRT8 392 with the Forza Horizons livery on it. The code is only available through certain retailers when you pre-order. They are Amazon.com and Best Buy. The will only be available on Forza Motorsport 4 not Horizon.

You can play forza horizon 5 if you own it

But if you only downloaded it via gamepass you don't own it

Forza horizon 4 is available though for core
