Forza Horizon 4 online. Can't join the session since day 1 of my game pass purchase.

I've been trying so hard to get access to play FH4 with my friends, but I can't get access to the online since the day I got my Xbox game pass.

I get an error message saying IPSEC 0x0000000 (not sure how many 0s). Some of the forums are saying that it means my account is shadow-banned.

I don't understand how I can get banned when I just started the game.

I've contacted Xbox support and tried all the steps that they provided yet none of them worked.

Also contacted my internet provider and couldn't fix any of the problems.

Even for the Forza forum, I tried to submit a ticket, the login page would give me a 404 error. (Right when I click support. I'm logged in when I'm at different pages on the Forza forum.)

I'm going out of options. Please help, it's driving me crazy for the last few days.

How can I connect to the online session?

I'm at level 110 by playing solo mode so I doubt that my level and the hours I put to the game is an issue.

Hello P1NE4PPLE

From what I can remember multiplayer is locked until you have hit level 20. It takes around 6-8 hours before you can get online.

My friend stopped playing due to this restriction.

same issue here "finding an online adventure session" all day long. FYI I am able to join online race for Forza Horizon 4

So I talked with the support of xbox and they told me easily that for Forza Horizon 4 the Xbox Live is mandatory for playing online. Bought it, activated it and I could immediately join the online session.

Hello. After what you suggested we are still on able to get online. It is not just Forza horizon 4 for it is Forza horizon 3 as well. This is the error

fsiled to redolve server address. Check your DNS settings snd try again.
