Forza Horizon 4 on XBOX Series X not loading passed the copyright screen.

Forza 4 horizon stuck in infinite Loading screen did EVERTHING was told by xbox to contact forza then forza told me to contact xbox WOW 🤪

also i bought All forms of forza 4 horizon thinking that might help ughhh No no help been a week now with no forza 😩

I also have a ticket open with Forza Support for this and they just replied to me with this.

We're aware of a crash impacting Series X and Series S players in the latest #ForzaHorizon4 update. We're working on a fix and will update via the Forza Support Twitter when we have an ETA.
The current workaround is to take your console offline, launch the game, then re-enable online via the Xbox Series X/S dashboard.
For Game Pass Users:
Start the game with no active user profile. When the game asks who you are, you simply select the corresponding user profile.

DO NOT attempt these steps if you've already contacted Official support and they had you delete your local save. This will cause you to lose your progress and start the game from scratch.

Thanks for that but unfortunately there is no change after doing all this.

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

1- Go to settings on your Xbox

2- Select system

3-Select storage

4- Clear local saved games and your console will automatically restart

Another step that you can try to resolve the issue, would be to remove and re-add your account. In order to do that please go to: settings> account> remove accounts> remove your account.

I do not think this is account related as I have an Xbox one X and this is working fine. Also the game never gets to the load screen where you see the sync in progress it crashes some 10 seconds after launching and while displaying the copyright info.

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

I have already done this 3 times and it does not resolve the issue. I did it again as part of your troubleshooting you have advised but still no change.

Just to re-cap the game and the console have worked flawlessly since I had it and never gave me any issues with FH4 , No other games are impacted by this and all other games are working perfectly. This issue happened only when I was forced to perform an update yesterday to play the game.

The game goes to the FH4 splash screen when you launch it and then to the black screen with copyright info like the Lego and BBC Top Gear information. It is at this point the game crashes and quits out and the Xbox Returns to the Home Screen where I can can select my games.

In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.
