Forza Horizon 4 on x box one s is not connecting to horizon live sessions.

I play forza horizon 4 on x box one s. For about a week now I am not able to join Forza horizon live sessions. I can join multiplayer events like The Trial or Seasonal Games but I can't connect to horizon live. In the network diagnostics, it is showing IPSEC: 0x89232000. It is also saying 'Failed to resolve the server address. Check your DNS settings and try again.' I am able to play multiplayer modes in other games but in Forza Horizon 4 I cannot connect to Horizon Live sessions. I have also checked the NAT type and it was open but still, the issue did not resolve.
How can I solve this Issue?

It seems that there are some issues with Forza Horizon 4 servers, their team is already investigating!

Which platform are you using for playing Forza Horizon 4? Is an Xbox One/S/X or a Windows 10 PC?

Are you having any connection issues with other games as well, or is it specifically on Forza Horizon 4 only?

If you try a Horizon Solo session, and then try to switch online, does it give you the same error message?

Hello. After what you suggested we are still on able to get online. It is not just Forza horizon 4 for it is Forza horizon 3 as well. This is the error
