Forza horizon 4 not starting when offline

I keep trying to start forza when I’m not connected to the internet (just moved in and have no WiFi)

I’ve played this game for years using its offline feature, however, now is not the case as I can’t even get the game to start without being connected to the internet?

Really defeats the whole “play offline” idea…

Any help would be really appreciated!

Thanks for the response, it seems to force me to download "Forza Horizon 4" first. When I click pause it's download and then try to start download on "Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition" it stays at "Downloading" and starts Downloading process of "Forza Horizon 4". I also tried logging into my account on different computer which worked.

This weekend Forza 4 Horizon would start on my Xbox, after power-off and fresh start Forza starts.

I dont know because I only have this Microsoft game. Ah I forgot to say, its only in Forza Horizon 4 but not in other games like steam games etc. I only have this issue with Forza Horizon 4. When I always check my ping in the Xbox App when Forza is closed my ping is good but when I start Forza, its going up as hell.

Yes. Other games are OK.

Forza horizon 4 is OK too. But I bought it.

And Forza horizon 5 uses Game Pass.

I can start Forza 5 on my PC, can not start on Xbox serious S.
