Forza Horizon 4 not installing well

So I bought a copy of FH4 Ultimate Edition. I istalled it, it all went well. When I go to play the game, it tells me I need to do a large update. I click update and then wait. At 91.9% of the update (18GB) it tells me it cannot resume installing. I eaited
a couple hours and it still didn't fix itself. I'm on Xbox One and the error code is 0x87e0000f . Please help

see if the game is updated and if it is try unistalling and install again if it dosent work idk

If you have verified under "Manage" games that the DLC packs are indeed installed. A screenshot of the Forza Horizon 4 install and DLCs would help as well. Then you need to reach Level 20 according to the Forza official support page:
