Forza horizon 4 not appearing

I have bought a Xbox one x that included Forza horizon 4 with lego valley dlc over a year ago. I have redeemed the code (the code was legit) and it appeared in my xbox library and i was able to play it on xbox but it never appeared in my order history or in my Microsoft store on pc. I have done everything that i found on internet nothing helped i think something was wrong with the transaction please help me. Thank you

There currently appears to be an outage with Forza Horizon 4’s servers. Maybe try again in 12-24 hours.

Is it just in Forza Horizon 4 that you appear to be having this problem with your controller or is it other games as well?

Hopefully it is just taking longer than usual to appear, but head on over to the Forza Horizon 4 forums and see if anyone there can help.

I can't see it on PC that is my problem. But I can see it on my Xbox only

If you can see Forza Horizon 4 on your owned games library on Xbox and you can't download it from Xbox App (Windows 10) with the same account, try to contact the Xbox Support .
