    Forza Horizon 4 - Not Able to Connect to Multiplayer


    Hi, I have a problem with online connection in the game Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition on Steam on PC Windows 10. It says I can't connect to online services. I have also network diagnostic message:

    - ID for support: 3375b6fb-3f23-401c-b0d1-2040f0a2a425
    - Server ID: Error (0x89235108)
    - Connection quality: Error (0x80600001)
    - Area: Error (0x0)
    - IPSEC: 0x00000000

    I'm spending time with this problem for last 10 hours. I tried I think everything:
    - my PC Windows 10 is updated
    - Xbox Networking settings says, that internet connection is connected, Xbox Live services are Up and running, Server connectivity is Connected, but Xbox Live multiplayer (NAT Type) Teredo is unable to qualify, this could block you from playing multiplayer games -> I tried to solve this problem throught the link https://support.xbox.com/cs-CZ/help/Hardware-Network/connect-network/troubleshoot-party-chat
    - I tried all 7 options for resolving on the link, but nothing has changed

    - I completely restart my PC and router so many times, but nothing has changed

    - I also contacted Xbox Support, but they didn't know - they told me to contact Forza Support, but at this time without answer so far

    I had the same problem on my console Xbox Series X, but I resolved it with this link https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...n-4-xbox/07c9f5fa-cac1-475d-aa63-dd43a6e6f3a0. I resolved it in the Settings → Network Settings → Advanced Settings → Alternate Mac Address → Clear it. After that I restarted the console and it is thankfully working. But this procedure can't work on PC, because I didn't find Alternate Mac Address. So Forza Horizon 4 is working well on my console, but on my PC, which is located on the same network, online multiplayer doesn't work, because Teredo...

    I don't have problem with any other multiplayer game or internet connection.

    Can you please help me today ideally?

    Upgraded Windows to 1903, Xbox Live Multiplayer is not working now

    Thanks for trying Lester, but none of that helped. Still unable to connect to multiplayer in Forza Horizon 3 or Forza Horizon 4 on PC.

    Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. We understand there is an issue with connecting to Forza Horizon 4 multiplayer. If you are able to play other multiplayer games, I recommend trying to

    power cycle the Xbox     and network hardware.

    If the issue persists, I recommend trying the following article:
    Xbox One Multiplayer Connection Error Solution     and try checking your internet configuration to ensure the ports are open for the Forza Horizon 4 servers. Check out this article:

    Xbox Server Connectivity - Connected but changes to Blocked after a few minutes in party chat.

    Also having the same issue. This also prevents from playing online multiplayer games that are tied to xbox.

    For example, I am not able to connect to the online multiplayer for Forza Horizon 4.

    I've already tried every step there is and it still doesn't work.

    Thanks! The weird thing is, this issue only happens with series x games. Forza horizon 4 looks perfect. It’s just the new multiplayer halo and Forza Horizon 5.

    Thanks for your post! This issue could be associated with the network, causing long load times and issues with connecting to multiplayer lobbies. Check out this wizard:
