There are some insider members with the latest builds having issues with the NAT type

Would be great if you go back to an stable windows version and test again. Probably the insider build is the one causing the issue

If you want, try the next. But I can't guarantee if that's going to work.

May I know if you tried disconnecting your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again (also restart your PC in the process)

If yes, please double check if the next ports are opened in your router config (or re-open them if necessary)
Make sure to contact your ISP for this purpose, they can access remotely to your router:

Port 88 (UDP)
Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
Port 80 (TCP)
Port 500 (UDP)
Port 3544 (UDP)
Port 4500 (UDP)

Then do this in your PC after port forwarding:

1. Open command prompt as admin.

2. Copy and paste below command.
netsh interface Teredo set state type=enterpriseclient clientport=3074

3. On Administrator Command Prompt copy & paste the command:
netsh interface Teredo set state type=client

7. Back at Command Prompt and copy & paste the command:
netsh interface Teredo set state type=enterpriseclient

Is this the first time that you try to play online FH4 or you was able to do it previously?

Are you on Windows 10 or 11?

And which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this? In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed.

In the meantime please tell me what's saying next to / below NAT type:

Open the Xbox console companion app (download it from the store if necessary) > go to Settings > Network

Is this the only game that is having this issue on steam? Please also try restarting your computer then launch Steam

Next, you can either right click the game in your Library, or click the gear icon from the game's Library page on the far right

From the drop down menu, select Properties...

Select the Local Files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files button.

Thanks for the info! Have you tried restarting your PC? If not, please do so then look on menu before pressing start game. Look for log out. Then log out, the game will reboot then log back in with your account.
