    Forza Horizon 4 - LOST Gamesave! ELVESZETT játékállás!


    HUN: 2020. Márc. 15.-én játszottam a játékkal, minden rendben volt. Utána új PC-t építettem, Windows 10 telepítése után a játékot istelepítettem. Elindult, és sokáig próbált Cloud-ból szinkronizálni, végül tovább
    engedett.

    Sajnos azonban egy teljesen új játékmenetbe tett bele, és új felhő szinkronizálás után is csak új játékmenetbe tesz be.

    Szükségem lenne a Playground Games segítségére, hogy a szerverükön visszaállítsák a mentésemet.

    Amiket próbáltam és nem működtek:

    • Data RESET, Újra szinkronizálás
    • Teljes Reinstall
    • Forza support oldalára ticketet nem tudok küldeni, mert belépés után egyből kidob (másoknál is előfordult ez a probléma, megmagyarázhatatlan.)
    • Forza forumon segítséget kértem (kitiltottak egy hétre, pedig nem káromkodtam, nem inzultáltam senkit, csak segítséget kértem!!)
    • XBox Expert chat-en segítséget kérni, nem tudtak semmit. (napokon át és hosszú vagy 20 órán át várakozva)
    • GetHuman postot küldtem, nem kaptam segítséget
    • Fellelhető két Playground Games emailre írtam, a problémamegoldó vonaluk visszadobta a mailt.
    • A magyar Microsoft segédvonalán majdnem másfél órás várakozás után kapcsoltak, nem tudnak segíteni...
    ENG: Last time I've played successfully with the game was on 2020. Marc. 15 - fine. Then I've rebuilt my PC and installed Windows 10, then the game. The game ran and synchronized from Cloud and let me play.

    Yet I've been reseted and a new career started, lost my ALL my previous progress.

    I need help to speak with Playground Games or solve issue, so they can get my save back.

    Things I've tried and Not worked:

    • Data RESET, new sync
    • Total Reinstall
    • I've tried to submit a Forza Support ticket, wasn't able to (After successful log-in it throws me out, and this issue happened with other players as well, see forums)
    • Asked for help on forums politely, and I've been banned without reason. (No swearing, no insulting, NOTHING. Also a known issue)
    • Got on Xbox Expert Live Chat (After 20+ hours of trying in days), they wasn't able to help me out.
    • Made GetHuman post, no help received.
    • I've mailed Playground Games on the only two email address I was able to find, sending failure / not received.
    • Talked with Hungarian Microsoft help-line, after waiting 1.5hours so, they're unable to provide help.

    Yes I did. Some just can't.

    I'll try to make new XBox accounts to try with different, maybe they'll let me in if I'm blacklisted.

    FYI there are many people who can't sign in.

    Extensions (blockers) disabled, Third party cookies enabled. No luck on Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

    Please listen to what I've wrote.

    I've did the RESET and it throws me back to a new progress saved right after "tutorial".

    Partially solved.

    • Support site was blocked by Malwarebytes without notification.
    • Game progress isn't restore-able, lost cars and all item.
    • Saved tunes and paintjobs still available
    • Support sent fair compensation.

    As mentioned, I'm NOT able to log into Forza Support to send that ticket :|

    It throws me back to their homepage. This issue effects other users as well.
