Forza Horizon 4 language change

Hi,

I bought Forza Horizon 4 yesterday and I need to change the language to English because I can't stand the German voices.

Can somebody help me?

I already changed the windows language to english and that doesn't work.

Where are my DLC Cars?

This isn't a change. DLC in Forza 4 and Forza Horizon worked the same way.

Add czech language and support on Xbox console.

Please add Czech language and Czech support to the Xbox. To more exclusive games, like Forza Horizon 4, but also the entire Xbox Store. Also settings and dashboard.

Hey there Mgro!!

It looks like this question has been previously answered on a
separate post. But the actual Voice is going based off of your actual location. So if your Console settings are set to Germany then you will hear them in German. Now of course messing with the console settings will mess with everything else in the console
not just that game.

If you are not located in Germany go ahead and let us know so that we can go ahead and take a further look into this for you.

I had EXACTLY the same problem. Just found the solution and felt massive need to share

Short:

Change the date/number format as well (to US for example).

Where:

Settings -> Time & Language -> Additional date, time & regional settings -> Change date, time or number formats. Under "Formats" tab in "Format:" field select "English (United States)".

Voila! I hope that returned some good mood to you, sir!

Another twist on this theme - I got my sound back by going to the language setting and telling it to save (without making changes since I want to keep American English). It then acts the same as if you had made changes and restarts the XBox One. Once I
got back into Horizon 4 I had the normal engine, tire, and SFX sounds again. Let's see how long this lasts. By the way, my sound issue was not related to the split-screen problem that has been blamed for most of the sound loss. I've never played multiplayer
so I guess there are possible multiple ways to lose your sound in this game. I hope this adds to the possible workarounds until a solid solution is found by the developers.

The answer from M3tal Daz3 is currently the only working method to change the language.

But keep in mind that this will change the language across the whole device and therefor can affect your user experience.

Feel free to address this issue to the developers, as this is game related.
