    Forza Horizon 4 Lags only while in menu, works flawlessly while driving


    So I recently got Forza Horizon 4 but for some unknown reason, the game lags only when I am in the Menu. While actually driving I get 80fps and the GPU utilization is up to 90% when I open the menu, the fps drops to 5 and GPU utilization is only around 5%. I am 100% sure this isn't a hardware issue either since when I move the mouse to my second monitor, the fps goes to 300 fps in the menu and GPU utilization is up to 90%. Its almost as if the game doesn't want to utilize my Gpu.

    If anyone had any similar problem or know how to fix it please let me know. Thanks!

    i7-8700

    16Gb ram

    Gtx 1060 6gb
