Forza Horizon 4 is therapeutic to a stressed mind.

First and foremost greetings to all reading this, and shouts out to my fellow Xbox Ambassadors.

We all play Xbox for many different reasons, some of us for an escape, some of us for an adventure, some of us for a living and competition. Already knowing that Xbox is used in many different institutions and medical practices for therapy, I would
like to point out the fact that Forza Horizon 4 is as relaxing and therapeutic as going for a drive in your car. This game literally rewards you for driving down the road and listening to the radio, or not even listening to the radio, that's the beauty of
freeroam! Whilst you are free roaming, do be on the lookout for random Forza live events, these are some of the most exciting points of the game.

A simple but effective technique that I like to use in Forza Horizon 4 to just chill out, is to attempt to drive and connect all roads. The roads on your map will be highlighted as you drive them, kind of like tracing them with a highlighter. Mixing
this style of gameplay with your choice of music playing in the background, and add to this your choice of exotic car, you have an amazing way to relax and expand your mind. After just a few minutes of following this game play, you will notice a close relation
to listening to music and drawing or coloring.

Before you know it, 20 to 30 minutes has passed, and you may not even be thinking about what was once bothering you. Am I the only one that enjoys this game in this fashion?

I have not spent time in Forza Horizon 4 in a while but get what you are say. I love the Horizon games as it is not just about racing but also having fun and exploring. I have lost many hours to Forza Horizon 3 and 4 without realising it and I agree they
are very therapeutic for a stressed mind.

Pretty much all I used to do on Forza was design cars and have fun just driving them around non-competitively. ^_^

That's how I play forza horizon games, not much racing just hanging out and looking at the scenery

One thing I love about the Forza Horizon games is the sheer magnitude and diversity of ways to enjoy the game. There are adrenaline-pumping races and challenges, but there are also so many things to do that are also very laid back (and a classical radio
station that I find goes very well with some laid back driving).

I've discovered all the roads and bonus boards on the map by now, but there are still plenty of ways to enjoy driving around without a particular goal in mind. One of my favorite things is when a skill song comes on, and I'll just kinda drive through open
areas during it, occasionally making sure to drift or smash something to keep my skill combo alive.

I kinda agree, bro. Forza Horizon 4 is the best racing game of this generation so far! I'm only get stressed when I pass a lot of hours trying to configure the car tunning and in the end it don't sound too good in races. LOL
