Forza Horizon 4 is not listed as "owned" in the Microsoft Store

I checked, the xbox, Microsoft store and Xbox app are all signed in with the same account.

As for the purchase history, it's not listed there (only my xbox live subscriptions are visible).

I really don't understand why it's not listing FH4... This worked last year when I downloaded it on my laptop.

I'm sure I'm logged in with the right account. But I didn't buy the game via the store. I got the physical version for my xbox from a store.

When I logged in with my Xbox account on my laptop the store said I owned the game, so I could also download the digital version.

Please make sure that you are signed into the correct account in the Microsoft Store; verify which exact email is linked to your Xbox Profile Gamer tag. You can also check your
order history to know which account you used to purchase the game. If you still have issue locating the game please contact Xbox

Definitely would start making sure you are signed in with the same email address you used to purchase Forza Horizon 4 with. You can access your purchase history here: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ or
if you still have access to your Xbox One go to Settings " > "Sign-In, Security & Passkey." On top you'll see an option "Show On Home" and right below it is your email. Make sure that email matches the one you are signed into on the Windows store on your PC.

Is it asking you to buy the game when you look for it in the store ?
