    [table][tr][td][table][tr][td]Hi...would it be possible to receive your support on this? we are having problems with the downloading...we first include the code received after the purchase and then the download started...but after a while it stopped...then, we have tried to download again the same code and the platform says that the code was already used before and its not possible to use it again anymore...We finally uninstalled the game in order to try to install it again and solve the problem..but now we do not find the game in order to install it...we have already searched on our microsoft store account, into the library section....but th game is not here...how can we install again the game?How can we obtain a new code, how can we download the game we did purchase last thursday 11th February. Please note that in case of not being possible to download again, we would need to get our money reimbursed...in order to buy it again and restart the process if necessary...Please we would appreciate your urgent and kind support..We look forward to hearing from you soon!Many thanks.     I'm pretty sure. Only Forza horizon 5 has this problem. I downloaded and installed Forza horizon 4 again. There is no problem. Games on other platforms also work normally.Forza horizon 5 can only enter the game when the network is disconnected, and then turn on the network, Can play normally.

    Crashing mid game

    Here’s a list of fixes that have resolved this problem for other FH 4 players. You don’t have to try them all. Just work your way through the list until you find the one that does the trick for you.
    1. Check If your PC meets the minimum system requirements for Forza Horizon 4
    2. Install the latest game patch
    3. Update your drivers
    4. Clear your standby memory before playing
    5. Disable your microphone for Forza Horizon 4
    6. Reset Forza Horizon 4
    7. Add Forza Horizon 4 as an exception to your third-party antivirus application
    8. Update your Windows system to the latest version
    9. Perform a clean boot
    10. Reinstall Forza Horizon

    Forza Horizon 4 - Cannot install via Xbox nor Windows Store

    Ok I managed to get and install Forza Horizon 4 demo (don't have enough space for the full version) on my C:\ (Windows OS) drive. So don't know what's going on with installing Forza Horizon 4 on another drive.
