Forza Horizon 4, Infinite Loading Screen pt2

- Please go to Start > Type Services > Open it.

- Find all Xbox Services (Xbox Accessory Management Service, Live Auth Manager, Live Game Save, Live Networking Service, Gaming Services). Right Click > Properties> Set the startup type to Automatic. Also Start them.

Then, please try to reset your computer network settings:

- Click on Start > Search for command prompt > Right click on it and select "Run as administrator";

Run the commands below and press Enter after each one:

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /renew

netsh winsock reset all

netsh winhttp reset proxy

netsh int 6to4 reset all

netsh int ip reset all

netsh int ipv4 reset all

netsh int ipv6 reset all

netsh int httpstunnel reset all

netsh int isatap reset all

netsh int portproxy reset all

netsh int tcp reset all

netsh int teredo reset all

net stop wuauserv

net start wuauserv

net stop TrustedInstaller

net start TrustedInstaller

Do you run any overlays or things of that nature? Stuff like MSI Afterburner, GeForce, Discord etc? If so, try disabling them as they can cause issues

Similarly, which anti-virus/security program do you use? If it'a 3rd party one (ie not Windows Defender), then, again, try disabling it (Windows Defender is just as good anyway)....AV programs, especially those with active scanners, have a habit of causing aggravation

How long have you let it sit on the loading screen? I remember when I first installed FH4 on my PC it took A LONG time at the loading screen before it moved on. I think I had to let it sit for 10-20 minutes? After that initial loading it was speedier
after that (still a long time, but not 10+ minutes). Just curious if that might be the case and how long you've let it sit there.

Additionally, are you able to shift focus to other apps on your computer when it's loading? I'm wondering if a security pop-up asking to authorize use of your Microsoft Account has popped up in the background during that section, and is waiting for input,
or approval, before continuing? I would recommend checking to see if that's the case by pressing Win+Tab when it gets to the part that "freezes" for you during loading.

You've covered most of the setting changes that I would have recommended, so I won't retread that ground. I hope it's something simple for you, but I don't have much more to offer than what I have here.
