    Hi all,

    i have a hard copy of forza horzion 4, so some reason when i try to launch the game it pops up with error code- (0x803f800e).

    Now i dont own game pass, so this is very strange. Ive played this game when i didnt have game pass, all of a sudden i fancy playing it today and i cant even access my game that i bought for £50, cos i need to buy game pass its a joke.

    if anyone else is facing these probelms and resolved it please let me know thank you.

    if you previously played fh4 on gamepass then got the hard copy maybe try uninstall your installed version and reinstall using the disc
