Thanks for replying and keeping us updated! Since you aren't using an Xbox console, you must be using a Windows 10 PC or playing on one using the Xbox App. You may want to give these support articles a try instead, depending on your situation:

Generally speaking, if your order was declined then you would have to repurchase the game and if you'd like further information on what may have happened, then you would need to

contact Xbox Support so that they may look into it. Sadly, we on the forums do not have the tools to do so.

Sorry to hear that you've ended up in this situation.

We have a great troubleshooting page with instructions on the various ways for one to locate recently purchased content entitled

Find your games and add-ons on Xbox One. If you haven't yet, I would try the steps there to see if you can locate that game.

I also recommend that if you haven't tried yet, give removing and redownloading your profile back unto your console and see if the game appears in

Order History on the Microsoft Account to verify that the order went through (the charge) if it doesn't say completed it never went through and you weren't charged. However if you were charged and didn't receive the content we suggest
